My name is Christine and I am very excited to be given this opportunity to join the “At Your Service for Seniors” team! I look forward to working with the caring people who share my compassionate views and values towards seniors in our community.
I am a Registered Veterinary Technician and I have been working closely with people & pets since I graduated from the University of Guelph, back in 2005. I love connecting with people in supportive & meaningful ways. In Veterinary practice I took great pride in the many strong bonds & close relationships I developed with pet owners over the years. I am a warm-hearted, friendly and approachable person. I am quite social, I love to visit, converse and sip tea with company.
I share my life with two loving “fur babies”. I enjoy spending time outdoors, swimming, hiking and camping with my dog “Nova”. She’s an affectionate & active Duck Toller who loves to retrieve. My Quarter horse “Archer” also keeps me busy out in nature. He’s a gentle boy who comes when I call him & loves to cuddle. We enjoy trail riding together and hanging out with friends on the farm.
I also have a special interest in photography, playing with my manual film SLR camera is a hobby of mine. People and pets are my favourite subjects to photograph.
I look forward to meeting you! Hopefully I will be making some new friends, connections and companions soon!
