A few years ago I was fortunate to be accepted as a hospice volunteer. It involved a significant amount of training which has proved to be very useful in my life. It is such an honour to be along side families and residents in their final days. I have always enjoyed the company and wisdom of seniors so being an Associate is a very satisfying role for me. I count it a blessing to be a part of a caring team of like minded caregivers.
